Invoices fail to sync from B+A to Property Tree if the assigned trade has been archived, deleted, or was never created in Ptree. However, the job still shows as “Complete” in B+A once the invoice is attached, with no clear error or warning. This makes it difficult for PMs to identify that the sync has failed. A validation check or alert should be introduced to flag inactive or missing trades before marking the job as complete.

Trades currently get automatic emails for every job update, even internal/admin changes, which can be confusing or overwhelming. We’d like an option for trades to select which types of updates they want to receive, so they only get relevant notifications and important emails aren’t missed.

May we request for the owners to have an option to export a report of maintenance of their properties to have the information of the maintenance in particular as well.

Currently, the process to complete the job without an invoice is to switch it to warranty type. May we request to have an ability to complete the job without an invoice, without switching it to warranty type please? Thanks.

May we request to add "Medium" aside from Emergency, Urgent, and Non-Urgent to cater medium priority maintenance request please? Thanks.

Currently, when an invoice is cancelled it only appears in the activity tab. It would be helpful if cancelled invoices were also visible on the main job overview so they can be seen at a glance without having to dig through activity history. This would improve visibility of invoice status and reduce the time spent searching for cancellation details.

Currently, when assigning a trade to a job and adding a “note to trade,” the note is automatically saved as private, meaning the trade cannot see it. This makes the “send note to trade” option redundant at the assignment stage. Request an enhancement to allow users to mark the note as public at the time of job assignment so the trade receives it immediately, rather than having to update it after the job is created.

May we request that the system no longer include the automated “Tenant Details” section when sending quotes/work orders to trades. At the moment, work orders being sent out include tenant contact information.

To have the ability to fully customise the text on all email templates. This would be something we could generate and set our own templates for the agency. To also have the ability to preview and edit these where necessary

Currently, there is no option for the trades to add completion photos when clicking 'Attach Invoice' button on the jobs under pending invoice status on their Bricks + Agent account. May we request to add a section for the trades wherein they can add completion photos when attaching invoice to a pending invoice job? Thanks.
