An enhancement around the notification for trades. If there is an option for trades to see once an invoice is approved, the job will be completed. If in Insights tab of the trade will indicate them if they are already paid for the invoice embedded on that job. As a way to notify them they are paid for that job already.

Currently, there is no option to export pending work orders in the trade portal in B+A. The only available option is to view them directly on the dashboard. Implementing a filter in Insights for pending work orders would enhance accessibility and improve efficiency for users.

This pertains to the work orders where the job payer is set to owner, tenant, or third party. Currently, there is no filter in the Insights section that allows users to select or sort job payers, which would enable printing these details in B+A. Adding such a filter would improve the system's functionality and provide users with better control over job payer information in work orders.

Can we please have an inactive filter display in the job search

Wanting to be able to check on the idle time from when a job was sent to the trade from the PM to when the trade has completed/sent through the invoice, i.e. how long it takes a trade to complete jobs. Wanting to be able to check on the complete time to complete, from when a job was sent in from the tenant to when the PM approves the invoice/completes the job. Wanting to be able to check on the time frame between when a job was reported by a tenant or entered into B+A to when to was sent out to a trade. IMPROVEMENT: Adding all three of these reports into the insights tab under staff or trades.

Have the ability to generate a report from insights that includes the notes on the job.
