Ability to Close Job Without Switching to Warranty

Currently, the process to complete the job without an invoice is to switch it to warranty type. May we request to have an ability to complete the job without an invoice, without switching it to warranty type please? Thanks.

Yes agreed, we have an internal maintenance man that completes jobs (for onsite properties) that I have to put every single job through as warranty

We need a completed or close option. Trades send invoices to owners directly or its a re attend or no charge. it makes the program very inefficient not being able to do this
