We need a setting that only main admin users have access to, allowing them to change the priority day preset for urgent and non-urgent Jobs between 1 and 30 days. This setting should not include emergency priority.

Have a 'completed button' on a work order for ones that have been taken over by owner or completed at no cost etc. Have an explanation box to put details of reason you are completing it without invoice.

The letter code reference number to be removed or displayed differently in the email subject title.

It would be great to be able to link a job raised on Brick + Agent and invoice captured in Invoice automate through property Tree. Currently you cannot link jobs and have to capture invoices in Brick + Agent to close a job causing duplicate invoices to be captured on Property Tree.

It would be good for the Activity tab to hold all activities with timeline of actions taken -email, notes, completion etc. This means you're not jumping between tabs and manually tracking what actions happened when. Thanks

May we request a feature on the trade app where GST is being added automatically if its tax type in Xero is GST on income.

I want to be able to create a recurring type job that has seasonal setup. So the trade gets a job each time they complete the last one

Owner invoices are sent to Property Tree & we would prefer tenant invoices are also sent to Property Tree (rather than sending the invoice to tenants to pay the trades directly). This would allow us to ensure our trades are being paid

Can we have a a spot when approving an invoice to write a note for the owners? As they often come back (owners) looking for more information and it would be handy to be able to do against the ticket.
