Just a quick suggestion, it would be helpful if the property attributes/features were displayed on the first page of the reports. This would save us from having to scroll through the entire document just to find information like the number of rooms.
Simple property feature icons or amenity badges shown on the first page of the report.

Items for further attention report
Hi Supprt, I think this report (items for further attention) should include items from the broom selection only. This is probably or arguably the most important part or aspect of the app.

Send closed ingoing report links to tenants
Sending closed ingoing report links to tenants direct from IM would make things much easeir. with all the photos required for the AI comments now the normal PDF downloads are too large to send.

Auto archive properties when archived in PropertyTree
Mark properties inactive when archived in PT, currently this is a manual process in inspection manager.

Date & Time on downloaded photos
Add a date and time stamp on photos that are downloaded digitally. This comes in handy for tribunal when you need to print the photo larger for your submission but it isn?t date and time stamped so has to be added manually.

Separate Inspection Type for stand alone 360 tours
Just wondering if an inspection Type can be set up called Virtual Tour or 360 Tour etc that can be used for stand alone 360 virtual tours - ie for advertising etc before an Ingoing/Outgoing is done for a property identifying it separately to the existing inspection types.
