Could you please add the option for tenant action photos can be copied and edited directly from the relevant area, rather than uploaded from the phone or taken at the time.

It would be great to display photos under each room instead of at the end of the inspection report

It would be beneficial to create a property for an ingoing prior to tenants being approved.

Tenant Action Reports be editable on the desktop instead of just on the mobile app

Allow full zoom control for photos (like the old app) rather than only maximum zoom options.

Current options being Commercial, Residential, Holiday, Industrial, Common. It would be greatly appreciated for Rural to be included as a 'Property type'. This change would make a huge difference for those in regional and rural communities. Thanks in advance!

Option to add multiple separate tenants in the one property. It is therefore an option to create one report for the landlord which includes all tenants within that property.

Each room has a section ‘Action required (by Owner / Tenant): it would be helpful if this section is linked to ‘Recommended Maintenance’ under the ‘General Details’ tab. This will save the inspector time and reduce the necessity for taking the same photos 2 times.

Adding a maintenance field to note repairs/maintenance for each room so that if clicking yes to Landlord or Tenant action required the details can be entered right there. If u want to go a step further and have these notes automatically duplicate and appear in the general summary Landlord or Tenant boxes would be a huge help. (I find it inefficient having to go back and forth to general tab to rewrite details of the room and maintenance needed and more often than not have to spend valuable time later going back over all the room notes of a dozen reports copying and pasting to the recommended/landlord/tenant boxes in general section).

the new feature where in you can cross reference ingoing images to vacate images only work when the ingoing images actually appear on the report side by side in their respective area. Right now when you save the document as a PDF it does not show the images side by side but only has a reference to the image from the ingoing which was taken. this will cause many issues with landlord as they will be asking for the image from the ingoing report as they can not see it. there are two solutions here 1- turn off the feature and if this is an option show us how. 2- have the images show side by side for the respective area i hope this makes sense
