Ability to pick up on same invoice number in Bricks + Agent and display a tag if it matches a previously approved invoice number - similar to the technology in Invoice Automate

We would like to seea dashboard section that holds all jobs we have requested quotes for that haven't been received yet so we can clearly see them separately to other jobs. They currenbtly sit in need your immediate attention and it would save time they were in their own section.

If a trade rejects a job, currently there is no way to award back to them however we often have the scenario where the trade has either incorrectly rejected or misunderstood and after a call can do the work, we then would have to clone the job to be able to re send.

Currently the snooze only works for one person. If multiple people managing maintenance, for example they work in teams or have VAs. It's not clear that someone else has snoozed a job as it still shows on the other team members dashboard. Request for a setting to snooze for ALL which would work in the same way the deadline works. It updates for ALL users, not just the user that performed the action. This would ideally be a setting that could be enabled.

The user indicated that when they are on the approve invoice screen for a marketplace trade, there is a drop-down that is showing to as for the provider account. This is showing because the trade is a marketplace trade and it is needed to add the provider account before approving the invoice. The improvement that the user would like, is that for the same drop-down to show when the trade assigned to it is a trade synced to the agency or agency’s own trade. When that trade offers multiple services. As per the PM this will help solve the account code issue. May I ask if this possible as a feature request? Thanks a lot.

Hi there, I would like to submit a feature request or improvement for PME users. Currently, the system accommodates other trust accounting software for partial payments through the "Make a Payment" button on a job. However, this feature is not yet available in PME. Could we request to have this option implemented for PME users as well? Thank you very much.

When a tenant lodges maintenance request via the link ( https://portal.bricksandagent.com/tenant/my-jobs?maintenancebot=true&orgId=e29c208b-7f50-41c3-3aa8-08db26675445&themeColor=#ffde2d ) They have option to add description and once all details are added it will be posted as a tenant-posted job. But the title there is associated with the description that sometimes are a bit long. If we may recommend for tenants to have a section to add the title that is associated to the reported maintenance request. Thank you.

Similar to the function of switching a job from paid to warranty, can we please have the option to switch job back to a draft status where it un assigns the trade & sends cancellation. Often we have a scenario where the owner might change their mind and want to hold off on the job so we want the job to be open but we dont want to have a trade linked.

Ability to set the job payer as default for non related users, we have some social housing agencies that invoice in XERO instead of their CRM and have to manually enter in the email address each time as the default option is not available. Default is only available for owner or tenant option.

To have the ability to assign a job to a particular user. We have either maintenance teams or assistants that handle the maintenance, and they want to take care of that complete job, not the assigned property manager. We would need all the notifications to go to that job assignee and the job to display on that job assignees dashboard.
