Bricks+Agent

Ability to pick up on same invoice number in Bricks + Agent and display a tag if it matches a previously approved invoice number - similar to the technology in Invoice Automate

One job for recurring jobs in a certain property. Instead of generating unique job number for each jobs.

Once the PM update the description in B+A the update should sync in PT as well.

To have the ability to assign a job to a particular user. We have either maintenance teams or assistants that handle the maintenance, and they want to take care of that complete job, not the assigned property manager. We would need all the notifications to go to that job assignee and the job to display on that job assignees dashboard.

The user indicated that when they are on the approve invoice screen for a marketplace trade, there is a drop-down that is showing to as for the provider account. This is showing because the trade is a marketplace trade and it is needed to add the provider account before approving the invoice. The improvement that the user would like, is that for the same drop-down to show when the trade assigned to it is a trade synced to the agency or agency’s own trade. When that trade offers multiple services. As per the PM this will help solve the account code issue. May I ask if this possible as a feature request? Thanks a lot.

Hi there, May I ask if we could please review and consider an improvement wherein a tenant or a property manager can create a template. This template would allow them to specify the best contact person for a maintenance request and add any other relevant instructions. In just a few clicks, the tenant (especially when there are multiple tenants at the property) can apply this template to the property address. This will help ensure that trades contact the most appropriate person once the work order has been received. Thank you for considering this improvement.

It would be helpful to have a notification icon (like a bell symbol) at the top right of the platform. This icon could notify users whenever there’s an update on a job order—such as when a quote has a response, there’s a new email related to the job, or any other task progress. Clicking the icon should show a dropdown of recent notifications so we can stay updated without having to check each job manually. This would really improve workflow and ensure we don’t miss important updates.

Hi there, Currently when assigning a trade via the strata/external function it doesn't allow a PM to send a trade a job when the trade is a registered trade in Bricks + Agent. However, there are instances that the trade must not be added in the trust accounting software. So looking to get an improvement to have option to send the job to the trade via strata/external function despite being a registered trade. Since it will be just 1 job to be sent to the trade. So that invoice will be uploaded directly to the trust accounting software and no need for trade to be added to the trust accounting software. Thank you.

Hi there, May I ask if we can have an improvement wherein a PM can schedule the maintenance request and not just the trade? This feature/function will allow a PM to schedule a job in the event that trade gives the schedule to the PM and PM can schedule it in a job in Bricks + Agent. Thanks.

Trades that are not fully registered or have a payment pending status cannot be tagged in the notes using the @ symbol.
