when a tenant replies directly to the email sent from B+A, the response only appears under the Email tab within the work order and communication tab. We should also receive a notification to our email alerting us that there is a reply to our BA email

Hi there, I would like to give an enhancement suggestion when a job in Bricks + Agent is tagged as pending owner approval. Then it must be tag as owner attending. The owner will get an email about the work order and its details by clicking 'view details' however upon clicking that. The owner will be routed to a new tab in the browser. But there is no PDF of the work order. I would like to suggest if we can attach a PDF to the owner in this scenario. Thank you.

We need all emails to go to all tenants unless specified otherwise

We noticed that when the property address do not have an assigned PM. The email updates goes to the lead organization admin (User that has access to agency-wide settings) The workflow we have is are task-based organization. It would be great if there is a setting in the future where we can add an email address and make that email address to be the reply to email address for users wherein the properties do not have an assigned PM. Users are receiving the weekly summary at inconvenient times, consider implementing a feature that allows them to set a preferred time for receiving notifications. This would help ensure that summaries are sent at a more convenient time, improving the overall user experience.

PM Users have a high volume of emergency jobs, consider implementing an automated reminder system to help them track these jobs more efficiently. This could include scheduled notifications or alerts to ensure urgent tasks are addressed promptly.

A Property Manager has requested an option to disable owner email notifications when editing jobs in B+A. Currently, when a job is under owner approval, any changes made to the work order automatically send an update email to the owner. It would be beneficial to have a feature to disable these notifications when needed would help prevent potential miscommunication with the owner.

Is it possible to show in the email log the date & time the email was first recorded as opened.

We need for our uploaded photos to please be attached to the email that goes to the trade instead of being embedded right at the bottom of the email. This will increase the chance of them seeing the photos and also allows for other work flow efficiencies.

I am just wondering if there is a way that we can link our emails, which come through directly to Bricks and Agent as replies from our owners, to our Outlook accounts? We would like to streamline the process from having to check our messages in Bricks and Agent and instead be able to receive these responses in our Outlook inbox. Thank you.
