May we request an enhancement to our notification process: specifically, the ability to include custom instructions in the email that goes out to tenants when a maintenance/job is posted. Currently, our system only allows adding information (via disclaimer) when the job is being created — not when the notification is sent to the tenant.

May we request to have an option wherein key numbers can be added on the quotes as well please. Thanks.

The option to upload email from tenant or owner when creating a job does not work when your emails work on outlook - I dont understand why have the option if it doesn't work - can this be fixed so you CAN upload an email from tenant when lodging a work order

May we request to have an option wherein the creditor can be changed on the recurring job as there are instances that the supplier needs to be changed? In this way, the history/attachment of the recurring job is still linked even if the creditor has been changed. Thanks.

Currently, the default email address of the recipient is reply@bricksandagent.com when owners, tenants, trades are receiving emails from the system. May we request to have an option wherein a specific email address can be nominated to be the default recipient of response emails. Thanks.

May we request for an enhancement so that when a job is marked as “Emergency”, an SMS is sent to the property manager’s phone. Currently if SMS is enabled for job updates, the PM receives SMS for all jobs posted for their assigned properties.

Currently, the available frequency/recurrence options include: Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Seasonal, Two Yearly, and Custom (1 to 10 weeks). There is no option to schedule a recurrence every four months. Please add “Four Monthly” (i.e. every 4 months) as a standard recurrence option.

We would like the opportunity to approve a work order before it is sent to a contractor. 1. Because some owners like to approve annually all maintenance 2. Some contractors change and we want to re-assign the work order to another contractor 3. Some work may have been done to the appliance in the last 12 months and we want to change the date of the recurring work order ie heatpump replaced in the last 6 months
