Can we have the ability to select the custom key selection when Tenant Not Required is Selected?

Upvote! Custom instructions are currently only available when a tenant is selected. However, they should always be available, including when a property is vacant, to accommodate scenarios such as:
• Keys available for collection from a lockbox.
• Properties with keypad entry.
• Keys available for collection from another office or location.
• Owner to provide access for an owner-occupied property under new management.
• Arranging a time to meet the agent on-site to gain access.
