May I ask if we could please review and consider an improvement wherein a tenant or a property manager can create a template.

This template would allow them to specify the best contact person for a maintenance request and add any other relevant instructions.

In just a few clicks, the tenant (especially when there are multiple tenants at the property) can apply this template to the property address. This will help ensure that trades contact the most appropriate person once the work order has been received.
