Currently when assigning a trade via the strata/external function it doesn't allow a PM to send a trade a job when the trade is a registered trade in Bricks + Agent.

However, there are instances that the trade must not be added in the trust accounting software. So looking to get an improvement to have option to send the job to the trade via strata/external function despite being a registered trade.

Since it will be just 1 job to be sent to the trade. So that invoice will be uploaded directly to the trust accounting software and no need for trade to be added to the trust accounting software.
