I would like to propose an improvement that when a tenant is notified of the updates on a specific maintenance job. If the property has multiple tenants, they should be notified the same thing.

If we can propose for this to be a toggled on/off feature in the lead organization admin settings which will have access to agency-wide settings.

For an agency to have option to switch it to the current flow of emails to tenants, and switch it on for this new feature for all tenants to be notified. Thank you.
