Wanting to be able to check on the idle time from when a job was sent to the trade from the PM to when the trade has completed/sent through the invoice, i.e. how long it takes a trade to complete jobs.

Wanting to be able to check on the complete time to complete, from when a job was sent in from the tenant to when the PM approves the invoice/completes the job.

Wanting to be able to check on the time frame between when a job was reported by a tenant or entered into B+A to when to was sent out to a trade.

IMPROVEMENT:

Adding all three of these reports into the insights tab under staff or trades.
