Invoice Automate

We need the ability to create invoice instalments as you can now but then to be able to approve them all in on go as we like to have these all setup against the property so we can clearly see they have all been setup. The due date will still be as per the due date but they invoice would already have been approved rather than waiting for the system to generate months later

Hi there, We would like to request for an enhancement that is associated with the tenancy processes. In Property Tree, there is a button shown as 'Tenancy'. Once that is clicked we will click 'Lease & Rent' At the moment there is only an option called "Charge Tenants Water Usage" if this is on Yes - there will be a green icon in Invoice Automate as an indicator that this tenant will be charged for water usage. If it is untick or no - in Invoice Automate there will be a red banner as an indicator. We would like to have an option called "Manual Read" So that once that is implemented in Property Tree - that will sync to Invoice Automate as another indicator preferably in Orange color so that there will be no manual checking via notes if the tenant is meant to manually read the water meter. Thank you.

Is possible to add reminder to a PM on a per property basis rather than on a creditor 'type' basis.

Can we have two new instalment periods? We need a 2 monthly cycle and another for 3 times per year
