Invoice Automate

It would be great if we could put notes against invoices in Invoice Automate when we are waiting to hear back regarding further information before we process it. We have a dedicated accounts team where they both cross over in this task and it can be difficult to keep track on who has already looked at an invoice but is just waiting on info before processing.

May we request under the Tenancy Invoice section in Invoice Automate to show as well the tenant's start date beside the tenant's name please? Sample: Cam Tenant (Start Date: 10/11/2025)

May we request for the tenant's lease start date to appear above the tenancy invoice section so users will n o longer need to scroll up each time to confirm whether a pro-rata charge applies. Thanks.

Hi there, There is an improvement request that would like to be checked for possible improvement to the software. This is when an invoice was added to Bricks + Agent - once it is approved the invoice will sync to Property Tree. The same invoice was added to Invoice Automate. They would like for these 2 software to talk to each other. To flag the same invoice as a duplicate on Invoice Automate. Which is like flagging it that the invoice was approved in Bricks + Agent and the invoice synced to Property Tree. This way, they will identify that the invoice added in Invoice Automate is already paid via Bricks + Agent as it was approved there and synced to Property Tree. Thank you.

May we request to have an option for the PMs to customise the emails being sent out to the owners once 'notify owner that the bill is received' is ticked. Thanks.

May we request to have an option wherein users under User Management can be assigned as well to the invoice in IA as there are some users that are not related to the property but need to process the invoice.

Currently, the tenancy invoice being created/added is for the tenant that is added only under the property. May we request to have an option as well to add another tenancy invoice for the tenant under a different property? Thanks.
