Improve data integration between Property Tree, Bricks + Agent and Inspection Manager to reduce duplicate data entry and ensure information is consistent across all three MRI platforms.
Requested Improvements
  1. Inspection Notes: Property Tree → Inspection Manager
Provide a place in Property Tree to record ongoing or one-off inspection notes.
Automatically sync these notes to the inspector notes in Inspection Manager so inspectors can access them during inspections.
  1. Pet Information: Property Tree → Inspection Manager
Sync pet information recorded in Property Tree to the Approved Pets section in Inspection Manager.
Ensure inspectors can view approved pet details during inspections.
  1. Asset Register: Inspection Manager → Bricks + Agent
  • Sync asset register information from Inspection Manager to the Asset Manager in Bricks + Agent.
Current Issue
Currently, staff must manually enter the same information across multiple MRI platforms. This creates unnecessary administrative work and increases the risk of inconsistent or outdated information.
Outcome
Reduce duplicate data entry, improve data accuracy and consistency, and ensure property managers and inspectors have access to the information they need in the relevant platform.
