I want to have the ability to be able to forward emails that come into the system to any email address

Can we have a a spot when approving an invoice to write a note for the owners? As they often come back (owners) looking for more information and it would be handy to be able to do against the ticket.

Can we have the ability to use the email tab to send out emails to any address we choose. They also want to be able to CC in any email address.
