Under the current workflow, when a recurring job is created, the tenant information associated with that recurring job remains fixed. If the tenancy changes after the recurring job has been set up, the updated tenant details are not carried over to future jobs generated from the recurring schedule.

As a result, notifications and job information may continue to reference previous tenants, even though the tenancy has since changed in the property management system.

Requested Improvement:

Update the recurring job workflow so that each new job generated from a recurring schedule references the current tenancy information for the property at the time the job is created.

This would ensure that:

Current tenant details are reflected on newly generated recurring jobs.

Notifications are sent to the correct tenant.

Outdated tenant information is not carried forward indefinitely.

Property managers do not need to cancel and recreate recurring jobs following tenancy changes.
