Could we please consider converting the flow below into a configurable setting?

Currently, when a trade declines a job, the system prevents that trade from being reassigned to the same job. The only available workaround is to clone the job and re-enter all the details so that the same trade can be assigned again under the new job.

To make this behaviour more flexible, we propose introducing a toggle setting:

When enabled, PMs will not be allowed to assign a job to a trade that has previously declined it.

When disabled, PMs will be able to reassign a job to a trade that had declined it earlier.

Having this as a configurable setting will give better control over this process.
