Setting to restrict tenants to post maintenance via channels

Hi there,
I hope you are doing well.
May I ask if we could please have a setting that can be easily toggled on/off and be saved? This setting is about making tenants to be restricted to use any omni-channel methods to post maintenance request.
This setting is really useful in order to allow tenants to call the main office number. Making PMs to post the maintenance requests on behalf of the tenants.

I support this request as we have nuisance tenants who will submit 20-30 jobs a day, usually just prior to an inspection. This is staff resource intensive and the tenants already have other options to contact us.
