FEEDBACK: There are a bunch of different scenarios where the tenants/ owners & trades are not required to receive all the notifications that are automated via B+A. i.e. tenant getting an update to say that the job has been sent to the owner for approval. Owner responds asking for additional quotes, PM sends the job out as quotes, and the tenant is automatically updated that the job has been sent for quotes again. This causes confusion.

IMPROVEMENT: Agency having a setting on each job where they have the option to send the email/SMS notification to the tenant/owner or trade rather than all communication going out all the time.
