Owner invoices are sent to Property Tree & we would prefer tenant invoices are also sent to Property Tree (rather than sending the invoice to tenants to pay the trades directly). This would allow us to ensure our trades are being paid

Hi, this function is now available. On the invoice finalisation screen you can create a tenancy invoice and add this to their invoice queue rather than sending them the invoice to pay outside of the platform.
