We would like the opportunity to approve a work order before it is sent to a contractor.

1. Because some owners like to approve annually all maintenance

2. Some contractors change and we want to re-assign the work order to another contractor

3. Some work may have been done to the appliance in the last 12 months and we want to change the date of the recurring work order ie heatpump replaced in the last 6 months
