Currently, owners are not notified when a recurring job is created and only receive an email when the job is sent for approval. May we request to have an automatic email notification sent to both the renter and the owner at the time of job creation, for documentation and transparency purposes, without requiring any owner approval. This would help reduce confusion when trades contact renters and ensure clear records are on file.
