We noticed that when the property address do not have an assigned PM.

The email updates goes to the lead organization admin (User that has access to agency-wide settings)

The workflow we have is are task-based organization.

It would be great if there is a setting in the future where we can add an email address and make that email address to be the reply to email address for users wherein the properties do not have an assigned PM.
