Invoice Sync Fails When Trade Is Archived/Deleted in Property Tree Without Clear Notification

Invoices fail to sync from B+A to Property Tree if the assigned trade has been archived, deleted, or was never created in Ptree. However, the job still shows as “Complete” in B+A once the invoice is attached, with no clear error or warning.
This makes it difficult for PMs to identify that the sync has failed. A validation check or alert should be introduced to flag inactive or missing trades before marking the job as complete.
