Currently, when creating or using an email template, key job-related fields such as address, job number, job title, and job description do not automatically update to reflect the newly created job. This requires manual editing each time a template is used, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistencies or errors.

It would be a significant improvement if email templates could dynamically pull and auto-populate relevant information from the new job record when applied. This would ensure accuracy, improve efficiency, and reduce the need for manual updates.
