Property managers would like the ability to edit the service type of a job after it has been allocated to a contractor. Currently, once a job is posted, the service type cannot be changed, even through the job edit function.

This can result in jobs being assigned incorrect or “unsure” service types if the selection was missed before allocation. Allowing edits after posting would help PMs correct mistakes and maintain accurate job records.
