When a property manager changes the job payer from the default (agency) to any other option, both trades and landlords currently receive automatic notifications. Based on the existing documentation and workflows in Bricks + Agent, there is no configurable setting that allows property managers to suppress or prevent these notifications when the job payer is changed.

It would be valuable to have an option to control or disable these notifications to reduce unnecessary alerts and improve workflow flexibility for property managers.
