Currently, PMs do not have an option in B+A to cancel a partial payment if it has been entered incorrectly or needs to be changed.

When a PM needs to cancel a partial payment, we have to contact the Property Tree Support team to assist with cancelling it, as there is currently no option available in B+A for PMs or our support team to do this directly.

It would be helpful to have a “Cancel Partial Payment” option available in B+A, allowing PMs to correct or remove an incorrect partial payment without needing to contact Property Tree Support.

This would provide PMs with more control over their payments and reduce the need for manual intervention.
