Currently, when a job has been sent to the owner for approval, the system automatically sends a notification to the owner for every subsequent action on that job. We should add an option (a tick box) labeled Notify Owner so that users can choose to enable or disable these owner notifications per action. That way, owners will only be notified when desired rather than on every change.
