Ability for Trades to Complete a Job Without Adding Yet the Invoice

May we request for a feature wherein the trades will be able to complete the job without adding yet the invoice. As this will help to record the actual date of job completion.
Currently, the job completion date is based on when the job has been marked as completed, which is reliant on the office staff member clicking, not the trade once they've completed. With this, it is not showing the actual date of when the job has been completed by the trade.

As mentioned, this would be useful to know exactly when a job is completed by the tradesperson so you can record KPI accurately within the month. Some trades don't sent through invoives for 14 - 21 days after the job was completed, throwing out the integrity of your data and timeframes.
