Currently there is no option under Bricks + Agent to add a note against invoices.

Some properties have special invoices that require a unique action.

What we are currently doing at the moment is upload a blank PDF, upload to the property, put notes that are required. Approve it and then delete which is a manual process.

May I ask if a function can be created wherein a PM can add the note designated to that property and it'll be applied on invoices for that property reducing manual process.
