Improvement: If we can add a new setting in Invoice Automate, that only lead org of the agencies can access. They will have an option to choose via a drop-down of who the property managers will be, who will be restricted from accessing the organisation view in Invoice Automate.

To ensure that users who are permitted to access all invoices in the organisation will be the only ones who can access it and not the other users.
