Invoice Automate

May we request to have an option in Insights to generate a report of invoices that have been entered via email to easily determine which invoices sent via email did not load in Invoice Automate. Thanks.

It would be great if we could put notes against invoices in Invoice Automate when we are waiting to hear back regarding further information before we process it. We have a dedicated accounts team where they both cross over in this task and it can be difficult to keep track on who has already looked at an invoice but is just waiting on info before processing.

May we request under the Tenancy Invoice section in Invoice Automate to show as well the tenant's start date beside the tenant's name please? Sample: Cam Tenant (Start Date: 10/11/2025)

May we request for the tenant's lease start date to appear above the tenancy invoice section so users will n o longer need to scroll up each time to confirm whether a pro-rata charge applies. Thanks.

May we request to have an option for the PMs to customise the emails being sent out to the owners once 'notify owner that the bill is received' is ticked. Thanks.

May we request to have an option wherein the preset tenancy due date will be applied from the date the PM clicked to process a tenancy invoice please? Thanks.

May we request to have an option wherein users under User Management can be assigned as well to the invoice in IA as there are some users that are not related to the property but need to process the invoice.

Currently, the tenancy invoice being created/added is for the tenant that is added only under the property. May we request to have an option as well to add another tenancy invoice for the tenant under a different property? Thanks.

May we request for the PMs to have an option to check in Invoice Automate which invoice is being set up for the reminder? Thanks.

Currently, users cannot access the IA via Safari. May we request for the users to access as well the IA on Safari please? Thanks.
