Currently, when a tenancy invoice is created and sent, the trade invoice is not automatically attached to it. Customers have requested the ability to have the trade invoice included when the tenancy invoice is sent, to streamline the process and improve visibility for all parties involved. This improvement would enhance the overall workflow and reduce the need for manual follow up.

Requesting to have an option to rename the keys in Key Automate as this info gets cut off in the key cabinet view, we would like the ability to rename the keys how we see fit. For example, 2, 2.1, 2.2 instead so it is not cut off and can be viewed on the key cabinet screen. Thanks.

Requesting to have an option to search by property under Manage Keys section in Key Automate. Currently, you can only search by key ID. Thanks.

Requesting for keys in Key Automate to be in numerically order under Key Cabinet and especially under Manage Key section. It would be best if the keys are arranged as 1, 2, 3 instead of 1, 10, 101. Thanks.

Currently, when an owner approves a maintenance job, there is no visible confirmation or success state displayed after submission. This results in uncertainty from the owner’s perspective, as there is no clear indication that their approval has been successfully recorded. To improve the user experience and reduce confusion, a confirmation message or success state should be displayed immediately after approval is submitted. This would provide clear feedback that the action has been completed and improve overall confidence in the workflow.

Current Behaviour: The email address used in the footer of the email template only accepts common domain extensions such as .com and . com.au . As a result, valid email addresses using newer top-level domains (TLDs), such as .management, are rejected. Requested Improvement: Update the email validation for the email template footer to accept all valid email addresses that comply with current email standards, including those using newer or less common domain extensions (e.g. .management, .services, .agency, .solutions, etc.). Business Impact: Many businesses now use newer domain extensions as their primary email domains. Restricting the footer to common TLDs prevents these customers from using their legitimate business email addresses and may require them to use an alternative email address or leave the field blank. Expected Outcome: The email template footer should accept any valid email address format, regardless of the top-level domain, provided it complies with standard email validation rules.

Requesting for the trades to have the ability to enter the invoice reference number when uploading their invoices on their B+A account or if they will complete the job via work order email. Thanks.

Currently, when creating or using an email template, key job-related fields such as address, job number, job title, and job description do not automatically update to reflect the newly created job. This requires manual editing each time a template is used, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistencies or errors. It would be a significant improvement if email templates could dynamically pull and auto-populate relevant information from the new job record when applied. This would ensure accuracy, improve efficiency, and reduce the need for manual updates.

Hi there, can we please add a visual indicator for trades in the trade search bar? For example, a label "Inactive," different text styling, or a distinct background colour, to clearly identify which trades are linked to an agency. This would improve visibility and reduce confusion.

Current Behaviour: When a quote is accepted and a job is awarded to a trade, the tenant is not notified that the job has been awarded. The tenant should receive a notification when a job is awarded to a trade following quote acceptance. Awarding a job is a significant status change that affects the tenant. Sending a notification improves transparency and keeps tenants informed about the progress of maintenance work on their property.
